VSJ’s Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at VSJ Apparel operated by Valeska conducting business as VSJ Apparel.

We do not accept returns without valid reason. Any purchase made on the website VSJ Apparel can only be returned if the you are not completely satisfied by our product. The product should not be used or damaged in any way.

In order to be eligible for a return, you have to return the product within 30 days after delivery for only unused product. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

Unfortunately, goods once bought are not subject to a refund. The customer may exchange the products for another item subject to approval upon receiving an appropriate reason.  The customer shall bear the cost of delivery for items being returned.

NOTE: Products sold on sale cannot be returned nor exchanged. THE SALE IS FINAL.
